Marketing Manager - Hannover Fairs Asia Pacific - Singapore, Singapore (Hybrid)
Hannover Fairs Asia-Pacific, part of Deutsche Messe AG and based in Singapore, delivers technically focused industrial exhibitions and conferences across the Asia-Pacific region.
This role supports a portfolio of Hannover Messe aligned industrial events across Asia-Pacific and Australia. Working across multiple markets, the role plays a hands-on part in how events are positioned, marketed, and delivered, with a focus on audience growth, campaign quality, and consistency across the portfolio.
The role works closely with marketing, sales, partnerships, and program teams, contributing to the planning and execution of integrated marketing activity across channels. It suits someone who enjoys building campaigns, refining messaging, and seeing the direct impact of their work on event performance and audience outcomes.

- CeMAT Southeast Asia, including co-located industrial platforms

- Additional Hannover Messe aligned industrial events as they are introduced across the region
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing activity across a portfolio of industrial events, with responsibility for campaign delivery and attendance outcomes.
- Develop go-to-market plans for each event, covering audience definition, messaging, content approach, channels, and conversion activity.
- Execute marketing activity across email, digital, PR, content, social, and event channels, working hands-on and in collaboration with the Sydney-based Marketing Coordinator.
- Lead content, communications, and PR activity, ensuring messaging is credible, technically accurate, and relevant to industrial and manufacturing audiences.
- Adapt and localise global and regional assets to suit local market needs and technical expectations.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data and insights to inform optimisation and future planning.
- Use core event marketing systems and platforms to build, deploy, and manage campaigns efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with sales and partnerships colleagues to support exhibitor and partner engagement, including making introductions, facilitating connections with industry stakeholders and associations, and contributing market insight, messaging, and audience context to key discussions and senior-level pitches.
- Contribute to the continued development of the Singapore marketing function, supporting processes, knowledge sharing, and local market context.
What we are looking for
- Experience in B2B industrial and event marketing, ideally within automation, intralogistics, manufacturing, robotics, warehousing, or adjacent sectors.
- Proven capability delivering integrated, event-led marketing campaigns across multiple markets.
- A practical, delivery-focused approach: comfortable setting direction and following through with execution.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage competing inputs.
- Commercial awareness and experience supporting exhibitor and partner engagement through marketing activity.
- Experience working with PR and media, with demonstrated outcomes in coverage and relationship building.
- Exposure to partner-led or channel-based marketing models.
- Based in Singapore, with the ability to travel across the region as required.
- Experience contributing to marketing activity in growth or developing markets.
